Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies Monday, Mar 28 2016

These should come with a warning! Highly addictive! They will disappear fast! Bite size, melt in your mouth! 5 ingredients. No eggs! Also known as snowball cookies with chocolate chips:)
Preheat oven to 375. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2 sticks softened salted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1cup chocolate chips (mini)
Using mixer add butter vanilla and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add flour slowly.

Stir in chips. Drop by spoonful (1 tablespoon) bake 7-11 mins. Dust with powdered sugar, using sifter.

Moore’s Marinade Air Fried Buffalo Chicken Strips Wednesday, Mar 23 2016

Here we have a very simple chicken strip recipe!! I purchased a new Nuwave infrared oven. I love it!! Moore’s Marinade sent a case of their wonderful marinades to great a recipe for myfoodies contest! Their marinades are so versatile I accepted the challenge! One was not enough so besides my meat loaf, I’d like to share these amazing tenders!!
3 ingredients
1 cup moores buffalo ranch wing sauce
2 cups bread crumbs
1 1/2 lbs chicken tenders

Marinade the strips in buffalo sauce for 2 hours.
Pour bread crumbs in bowl.
Remove strips and dip in crumbs.
Place on 4 in rack in infrared oven. Make sure you spray rack with non stick spray.
Bake 10 mins on full power. Flip bake 10 more. Remove immediately .
If using a regular oven bake at 425 for 15 – 20 mins.

Moore’s Marinade Restaurant Meatloaf Saturday, Mar 12 2016

Moore’s marinades are so versatile! I love the challenge of coming up with new recipes using them it’s so easy!! This meatloaf is amazing! It beats out any recipe I’ve ever tried. There has been many made in this home over the decades! Its fairly simple to whip up and will feed an army! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
3/4 ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1cup puree carrots
1 cup puree celery
1 whole onion pureed
Salt pepper
1/2 cup Moore’s Marinade
Mix all ingredients well. Use your hands!
Preheat oven to 350
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf.
Bake 90 mins or until done.
Slice meatloaf into 1 – 2 inch slices.
Heat a skillet in med- high. Add a little butter. Fry slices of meatloaf until they form a nice crust. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy for a nice comfort food meal!
