This dessert is not your average pudding dessert. It is well worth the effort involved!

The Crust
2 c flour
3/4 c melted butter
3/4 c powdered sugar
Mix well press into bottom of 13×9 pan. Bakes 350 for15-20 mins. Cool and then chill in fridge.


8 oz cream cheese softened
1 c cool whip
1c powdered sugar
2 pkgs instant coconut creme pudding
2 c milk
3 c cool whip

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar on medium speed until well mixed. Fold in 1 cup cool whip.
Spread on top of crust. Return to fridge.
Mix 2 boxes instant pudding with 2 cups milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining cool whip
Chill until set. About 1 hour
