3 Ingredients in these Cream Cheese aka Crack biscuits! Cut them with a 1 inch biscuit cutter. They automatically pop in your mouth until the baskets empty!

2/3 c butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/3 c flour

Add softened butter and cream cheese to mixer bowl. Beat until creamy . slowly add 1 cup of flour.
Form into ball. Divide in half. Flatten into 2 rounds. Wrap in wax paper. Chill 30 mins.
Using the 1/3 c flour sprinkle flour on counter, rolling pin and hands. Roll out 1 round at a time to 1/4 inch thickness. Fold over. Cut 1 inch circles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Chill for 20 mins.
Bake at 425 on top rack for 10- 12 mins. Turn sheet after 5 mins.
Remove from oven when golden brown. Brush with melted butter. Turn biscuits upside down. Cool. Serve right side up.
