The Flatliner…. Sunday, Nov 15 2015

Here we go peeps. Is bacon really bad for you?? Well…probably but, how could something this beautiful be bad? Now I don’t know how often you could eat this, safely. But WTH you only live once and this deserves to be on the bucket list!!!

8 slices of bacon
3 slices American cheese
2 slices of bread.

Lay 4 slices bacon slightly overlapping. Place cheese in between bread and lay on top of bacon. Gently wrap the strips up over the edges of bread. Do same with 4 more slices. Place bread in opposite direction.
Heat skillet on medium high. Brown bacon, flip brown other side. The less you have to flip the better. Helps to use a second spatula to ease it down with. After bacon is done remove from pan. If you can, wait a few minutes to last cheese congeal.
