These are so heavenly!!! This recipe is a very special one to me. I wanted to create something special to honor a very special Angels birthday. Happy Birthday in heaven to my amazing nephew. Jason would have been 26 today. We honored him by doing what he loved to do. Giving, loving, being an amazing young man. Pay it forward was just in his being.
This combination of chocolate and peanut butter is for him. His favorite.
Basic one bowl brownie recipe

2 sticks butter melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup flour.
Mix butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Mixing after each. Stir in cocoa. Add flour do not over mix. Pour into 13×9
Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Let cool completely

Peanut butter creme filling

2 sticks butter soft
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
Beat butter on medium speed for 2 mins Add pb beat 2 more mins scraping down sides of bowl twice. Add milk. Slowly add powdered sugar. Heat until smooth and creamy.

Ganache

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter soft
4 oz finely chopped chocolate.

Place chocolate in bowl. In saucepan heat butter and milk on low until butter melts. Turn up to medium and stir until milk starts to bubble around edges. Take off heat. Do not let boil. Pour into chocolate do not stir. Let set 5 mins. Mix and pour over chilled frosted brownies. Return to fridge for 30 mins or until set.
