Who needs potato chips? Satisfy that salt craving with a healthy alternative this summer! Kale is bountiful and fresh! So for my vegan daughter here’s what we whipped up!
A bunch of kale. Remove stem cut into 2 inch pieces.
Tablespoon olive oil
Lemon Zest sea salt
Spread pieces do not overlap on micro safe plate. Drizzle with olive oil sprinkle with sea salt. Micro for 2 – 2 1/2 min or until crisp. Repeat with remaining kale!
