Double Chocolate Chip Muffins

Yessss Chocolate for breakfast is acceptable! When it’s in muffin form of course. These decadent little morsels are super easy and bake up quick. Now if you follow any of my recipes I always demand a high quality chocolate! Some things can get by with cheaper ingredients. Chocolate, butter, coffee. Its necessary to go for quality!  Ok here’s what you’re looking for!
Preheat oven to 400. Line a 12 piece muffin pan.
1 3/4 cup flour
2 Tablespoons cocoa (the good stuff)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips ( yes the good stuff again)
1 cup milk
1/3 plus  Tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Use 2 bowls. Add all dry ingredients in one. Whisk.
Mix all wet ingredients with whisk. Pour into dry. Mix until blended. Do not over mix  pour into liners. Bake 20 mins
