While I’m on a chocolate pecan roll..,,ohh ok that was bad. Heres an amazing melt in your mouth recipe. Simple to whip up, let the cool if you can. Warning ..highly addictive.

Crust
2 cups flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup pecans

Caramel
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown  sugar packed

Chocolate
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350. Combine all crust ingredients except pecans mix at medium speed until resembles fine crumbs. Press into ungreased 13 x 9. Place pecans on top.
The caramel. Combine butter s nd sugar. Stir until melted and bubbly . Stir  constantly for 1 min . Pour over crust.
Bake for 18 to 22 mins. Or until caramel is bubbly.
Remove from  oven. While hot sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow to melt slightly. Swirl. Let cool cut into squares.
