Its almost autumn time for big pots of soup!! We are not big on cabbage but…this soup is da bomb!! I had some leftover loose meat burgers so it made it super easy!  Here we go
1 head cabbage chopped
2 small onion choppe
Salt pepper
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
15 oz can chopped tomatoes
4 beef boullion cubes
1 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey cook and drain any excess fat
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 quarts water.

Add cabbage, onion , salt , and pepper to water in stock pot. Cook until tender. Add in sauce , boullion, tomatoes,beef. Simmer 10 mins. Add sugar and ketchup simmer 20 mins to blend flavors.
