The pecan bars went so fast, i had to keep going with the bar theme! I think these turned out even better!! The crust on these bad boys is pretty versatile. watch for more upcoming recipes using it!!  These are highly addicting!

The chocolate crust
11/2 cups flour
3/4 cup melted butter
3/4cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
Mix together press into a 13×9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Leave oven on
1 1/2 cups caramel sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 bag milk chocolate chips.
With a whisk blend all ingredients except chips. Once well blended stir in chips. Pour on top of warm crust. Return to oven for 35-40 mins. Remove cool on wire rack. Drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel.
