Creamy Caramel Corn:

5 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp powdered coffee creamer
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp corn syrup
4 tbsp popcorn
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp granulated sugar

In a popcorn maker, after heated add oil sugar and popcorn. Pop keep warm. In small saucepan heat the rest of the ingredients until bubbly. Quickly pour over popped corn in a bowl and mix well. After well coated pout on to a sheet of wax paper let cool and set. Store in airtight container. PLEASE be aware of the unpopped kernels. While corn is setting it is best at this time to try to pick them out.
