1 can puree pumpkin ( not pie filling)
1 box yellow cake mix

Blend together on med speed on mixer for 2 mins, until well blended
Bake at 350 in a 7 x 11 pan for 38 mins,
I used a cream cheese frosting for this one you can also make an apple cider glaze
Cream Cheese frosting
1 pkg soft cream cheese
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 cups powdered sugar
4 – 6 tbs milk
blend all until spreading consistency.
I cut the cake in about 4 inch pieces and layered with frosting.

Apple cider glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T. apple cider
1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice

In a small bowl blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour over Pumpkin Cake letting it drizzle down the sides of the cake. Let set before covering.
