Ohh this is one of my all time favorites!!  I make an Oreo crust, true Oreo crust, Meaning I take about 2/3 of a pkg of double stuffs. Pop them apart and remove the cream filling, set aside trying not to eat to many of them 🙂 This is the most difficult part! Crush the cookie part, (reserve about 1/4 cup for topping) pop the creme filling in the micro at 30 second intervals, until smooth add to the crumbs in a pie pan. Pop in the freezer while preparing the filling.

Filling

8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 ounces Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese until smooth

gradually add sugar

blend in sour cream and vanilla

fold on thawed cool whip

spoon into cookie crust

sprinkle top with remaining crumbs.

I topped it off with an Oreo Brownie cut diagonal

A couple whole cookies would make a nice garnish also!

Chill for 4 hours
