Bought these beautiful sweet red peppers. Ahh what to do with them….

Kept thinking about cream cheese.,so here it goes

1 pkg cream cheese softened

minced onion sauteed until translucent


sea salt

fresh ground pepper

Whip cream cheese until fluffy add onion, and seasonings.

Cut top off pepper and gently remove seeds, slit pepper lengthwise.

Use frosting bag (ziploc) with tip cut off will also work) fill with cream cheese mixture.

Spray foil with non stick spray place stuffed peppers on heavy duty foil. Place on grill ( I set all 4 burners on low) for about 20 min.

These are good hot also good the next day sliced and served cold!
